- The product must be in its original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Shipping Your Return

- Include the RMA number, your name, address, and proof of purchase inside the package.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
